To say Houston has caused a stir in the Hereford breed would be an understatement. Houston topped our 2021 sale, bred cows in the pasture for Springhill in the summer of 2021 and now is making semen at ST Genetics. This cherry red homo polled son of Daybreak is out of a very complete, good uddered cow and cow family. His granddam, T75, was a donor for us. His dam, D223, is a great uddered, long sided female with longevity. This is shown by Houston ranking in the top 1% for Sustained Cow, BMI and BII index as well as to 1% for growth.
